Register for one of the self-study CLE videos also approved for Title Insurance CE. The $30 registration fee covers only the CLE credit. An additional $15 payment to cover one hour of Title Insurance CE credit is required after you view the video unless one of the following exceptions applies:

1. If you are not an attorney, no additional payment is required. Download and follow the instructions in “Reporting Instructions for Non-Attorneys.”

2. If you are an attorney but are unable to use the CLE credit because you have already claimed the maximum 4.0 hours of self-study credits, no additional payment is required. Download and follow the instructions in “Reporting Option A for Attorneys.”

3. If you are an attorney but have reached the age of 65 years on or before the viewing date, no additional payment is required. Download and follow the instructions in “Reporting Option B for Attorneys.”

If none of the above exceptions applies, download and print a Certificate of Completion and Appendix 5 Form at the conclusion of each video and send a copy to Glynn Pellegrin, along with $15 per credit hour (by credit card or check payable to LSU) at Room W203 LSU Law Center, Baton Rouge, LA 70803, or by fax (225) 578-5842, or pellegrin@law.lsu.edu. A receipt for your payment will be mailed to you.
